Optique had a massive cable and phone bill of over $800/mo, and the service was very poor. They were paying for 6 phones lines to be able to handle multiple calls, as well as a dedicated fax line needed for HIPPA.

We installed a Ubiquiti VoIP system that allows for unlimited concurrent calls, which meant they only needed two lines (main phone + fax) at $9.99/mo each. We ported their phone number from Comcast to ensure they could keep it and negotiated a better rate for internet service
