! The Challenge
Rattleback Records was having major internet issues with dropouts and poor connectivity. This was affecting their abilities to process customer payments and run key operations of their business to serve their customers.
✓ The Solution
We designed a complete network solution that involved the following:
- Removed Astound as their internet provider
- Installed redundant internet service lines with Comcast Business, and ported their phone number over for a better rate.
- Built a network rack to house all their networking and security components in a secure location.
- Ubiquiti networking solution complete with gateway, PoE switches, controllable power supply and Wifi access points to provide connectivity for employees and customers.
