How to Download a PDF Copy of Your AT&T Bill

Introduction

Need to send us a full PDF copy of your AT&T bill? Follow the steps below to download it directly from your AT&T account.

A PDF version helps us see all the billing details clearly and makes it easier for our team to review your account.

Before You Start

Make sure you have:

• Your AT&T username and password
• Access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone
• A stable internet connection

Option 1: Download Your Bill From a Computer (Recommended)

Step 1: Sign In to Your AT&T Account

• Go to AT&T Sign In
• Sign in using your AT&T username and password.

Step 2: Open Your Billing Page

After signing in:

1. Click “View my bill” or “Billing & Payments”
2. Select the bill you want to download

Step 3: Download the PDF

Look for one of the following buttons:

• Download bill (PDF)
• Print bill
• View PDF

The bill will open as a PDF file.

Step 4: Save the PDF

On Mac:

• Press Command + S

On Windows:

• Press Ctrl + S

Or click the Download icon in your browser.

Save the file somewhere easy to find, like your Desktop or Downloads folder.

Option 2: Download Your Bill From the AT&T App

Step 1: Open the myAT&T App

• Download or open the app:
  • Apple App Store – myAT&T
  • Google Play – myAT&T
• Sign in to your account.

Step 2: Open Billing

• Tap Bill & Payments
• Select the current or past bill

Step 3: Save or Share the PDF

• Depending on your phone:
  • Tap Download;
  • Tap Share;
  • Or choose Print → Save as PDF
• You can then email the PDF directly to us.

Important Notes

• Please send the full PDF bill, not screenshots or photos.
• Screenshots can appear blurry or cut off important information.
• The PDF version includes all pages and billing details needed for account review.

Having Trouble?

Common issues:

• PDF won’t open → try another browser (Chrome or Safari work best)
• Can’t find the download button → look for “Print Bill” or “View PDF”
• Forgot your password → use AT&T’s password reset option on the sign-in page
