Why we ask for the full PDF instead of screenshots
To properly review your account and identify savings opportunities, we need a full PDF copy of your most recent Xfinity bill.
A screenshot often leaves out important information that appears on other pages of the statement.
Even when the first page looks complete, many pricing details are listed deeper in the document.
Why the full PDF matters
The full bill allows us to review:
✅ current monthly discounts
✅ discount expiration dates
✅ internet speed tier
✅ TV package details
✅ equipment charges
✅ modem rental fees
✅ taxes and hidden fees
✅ promotional pricing vs standard pricing
Without the full statement, it is very easy to miss details that directly affect what options are available.
Why screenshots usually don’t work
Screenshots often cut off:
- contract end dates
- line-item charges
- modem fees
- service codes
- regional fees
- discount breakdowns
Even multiple screenshots can still miss billing sections that appear only in the PDF.
In many cases, screenshots also arrive blurred, too small, or difficult to read clearly, especially when sent from a phone.
💡 The PDF gives us the same view Xfinity uses when reviewing your account.

Important Before Sending
Please send the entire PDF, even if it contains multiple pages. Do not remove pages.
If you cannot download the PDF
Sometimes the Xfinity portal temporarily has issues.
If that happens:
- try again later
- use a desktop browser if possible
- refresh and log back in
💡 This happens more often than customers expect.
What happens after we receive your bill
Once we review it, we look for:
- whether your discounts are ending soon
- whether better pricing is currently available
- whether equipment charges can be reduced
- whether your plan still matches your needs
We then explain what options make the most sense before moving forward.
Important to Know
Any pricing outcome is always subject to Xfinity’s current offers at the time of negotiation.
Offers can vary by account and by timing.
