If you have Xfinity Internet, you may be eligible for an additional $10/month discount simply by enrolling in AutoPay and Paperless Billing using a bank account (checking or savings account) as your payment method.
Important Requirements
To qualify for the $10 monthly discount, you must:
✅ Have Xfinity Internet service
✅ Enroll in AutoPay
✅ Enroll in Paperless Billing
✅ Use a checking or savings account as your AutoPay payment method
⚠️ Credit cards and debit cards are no longer eligible for the $10 discount.
Option 1: Set Up AutoPay Online
- Sign in to your Xfinity account.
- Click Billing & Pay.
- Select Manage Auto Pay.
- Choose an existing bank account or add a new one.
- If adding a new account, follow the prompts to verify your identity.
- Agree to the AutoPay Terms & Conditions.
- Click Set Up.
- You'll receive a confirmation email once AutoPay has been activated.
Option 2: Set Up AutoPay in the Xfinity App
- Open the Xfinity app and sign in.
- Select Manage Billing.
- Under Total Balance, tap Bill Settings.
- Tap Autopay.
- Select Manage Autopay.
- Add or select your checking/savings account.
- Agree to the terms and tap Set Up.
Turn On Paperless Billing
Online
- Sign in to your Xfinity account.
- Click Billing & Pay.
- Select Manage Paperless Billing.
- Click Turn On.
- Confirm your email address.
In the Xfinity App
- Open the Xfinity app.
- Tap Account.
- Select Bill Details.
- Tap Bill Settings.
- Select Paperless Billing.
- Review your email address and tap Turn On.
When Will the Discount Appear?
After enrolling in both AutoPay and Paperless Billing, the discount may take up to 45 days to become active and can take up to two billing cycles to appear on your bill.
Common Reasons the Discount Doesn't Appear
- AutoPay is set up with a debit or credit card instead of a bank account.
- Paperless Billing has not been enabled.
- Enrollment was completed recently and the discount has not yet processed.
- AutoPay failed due to an expired card or insufficient funds.
